Our Background

     Rao & Associates was founded by Shyam Rao, a CPA with over 25 years of experience. For most of that time, it was just Shyam — building relationships one client at a time and doing the work right. That reputation stuck. Recently, he decided it was time to grow. We've brought on new team members, taken on more complex work, and expanded our expertise. The firm is evolving, and we're excited about where it's headed.

     

     Our clients are all over the map, both literally and figuratively. First-generation business owners, seasoned investors, families building wealth across generations. We're proud of the range of people who trust us with something as personal as their finances.
